We have a growing system of smallish homes whose construction documents are substantially complete.  These homes are offered as products, rather than professional services.  Our streamlined delivery process dramatically collapses the timeframe & expense of design & documentation of top-shelf work.  These homes are available in a variety of construction systems, from lightweight sips-panels to heavy compressed earth block & insulated concrete forms.

In 2024 , http://www.supremesips.com, in Mobile, Alabama became the first manufacturer to adopt this system of homes.  The cottages & chapels profiled above have complete sets reflecting sips-panel construction, and are ready to enter structural engineering at purchase.  The wall panels are factory made in Mobile, shipped and site erected, typically in a day or two.  With your ducks in a row,  you can be dried-in a week or two after the foundation is prepared.

This system is well suited for urban infill redevelopment & accessory dwelling unit densification.  We welcome opportunities from that realm, and also understand the highest and best use of this system is in the hands of production homebuilders working at the neighborhood scale.  Places profiles a few of our first aggregations of these homes into something bigger than themselves, a Place, focused on a condensed infrastructure package.

We are currently selling these individual Architectural sets for $7.00/conditioned square foot, ready for Structural Engineering in your locale.  Site/Urban Planning is an additional service beyond this Architectural Fee.
